Cervino help Bane NOR with an audit of the current IT-support systems and processes in their maintenance operations.

Bane NOR is undergoing a rapid transformation program with the aim to subcontract all maintenance of the railway infrastructure in Norway in the next two years. This change and the new interfaces create a need for new processes and also a need of more control over data and information flows. Cervino’s work will result in a GAP-FIT analysis and a roadmap to guide Bane NOR going forward.”
